Roles & Responsibilities:
Minimum 6years of experience with Hardware Test Engineering domain.
Highly motivated and able to work well in both team and solo settings.
Motivated individual with strong trouble shooting problem-solving and analytic skills
Ability to manage the testing technicians’ team to meet the daily targets.
The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical lead to communicate the technical approach, and technical decisions.
The ability to read and understand the test specification and process documents of Aerospace domain.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics field
Knowledge on test instruments usage (AC/DC source, CRO, DMM, CL-200 Etc.)
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control needed
Knowledge of test fixtures and jigs, automatic test equipment’s is preferred.
