EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Engineer should support the following key requirement mentioned below and extend support as required by the customer.

Project Tittle - MRO delivery purchased services

1.  Project purpose. The propose of this project is to leverage support for customer services, maintenance, and Operations in essence of component repair fulfillment and tracking. Individual need to follow up with component repair shops to ensure commit date are provided and fulfilled for MRO repairs.

2.  Business requirements. Schedule meeting with supplier to identify and review the problem, travel to supplier location to support the scope if need arises.

3.  Follow up and closure Utilize data and technical information from external shops to identify commit gaps to engine kit dates and communicate vendor commit gaps to client.

4.  Repair Support. Collaborate with repair shops on commit improvements when commit dates due not support kit launch dates and report to client improvement project status.

5.  Delivery Assurance / Escalations:

o  Analyze supplier LOB to identify key constraints.

o  Identify and report to GE supplier constraints.

o  Escalate parts that cannot be improved to support kit launch.

o  Identify and report to GE parts not supporting kit.

6.  Process Improvement: Partner with component repair shops on process improvements and submit report for client improvement project status and provide additional support.

7.  Reporting and tracking:

o  Support weekly report publications.

o  Support updating and maintaining smart sheet data.

o  Communicate associated supplier RCCA, mitigation plan and/or recovery path.

o  Updating smart sheets for project status and running meeting.

o  Working with stakeholders for Hardware delivery and investigation follow up.

o  Provide status update at LOB’s

8.  Time and availability: To be able to work with client located in US and Asia Pacific time zone and be available to support for any unplanned item that will be tagged as critical.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

•  Team member should have basic knowledge on aircraft engines.

•  Workflow process familiarity, Investigation Consensus Review, Root Cause Closure, CID, Service Bulletin issue.

•  Design, Unigraphics, CAD modelling experience and drawing interpretation will be added advantage.

•  Experience with Sales force, EPEX and Spot fire tool will be added advantage along with managing support central site.

•  Basic knowledge on DBMS.

Desired Skills:

•  Good communication and able to articulate technical concepts accurately and more effectively.

•  Experience with MS office tools.
