Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a more junior role on our team, therefore, the ideal candidate is someone who is somewhat early in their talent acquisition career.

Some details:

  • Must be local to work in Baltimore, MD office two days/week (every Tuesday and choice of 2ndday)

  • Must participate in job/career fairs which requires some travel

  • Hourly rate - $22- 28/hour

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field. Two years related experience.

  • Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field from a regionally accredited college or university.

  • One year of related recruitment experience. (Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU Equivalency Formula).

  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-pasted environment

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
