Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team located in BALTIMORE, Maryland, 21202-3133, United States. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. You will also play a crucial role in the month-end close process and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks with precision

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process

• Utilize various software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for financial management

• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date

• Respond to financial inquiries from customers and resolve any issues

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations and maintaining the General Ledger

• Ability to prepare Journal Entries and handle Month End Close

• Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
