Salary: $28 - $30 per hour

Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM (OT)

Education: High School

Responsibilities

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Responsible for supporting all academic and programmatic events, meetings, academic conferences, special events

  • Oversee all location scheduling and resource allocation within the 25Live event management database for event requirements, resources, catering needs, time constraints, etc. to ensure proper use of facility and to eliminate redundancies

  • Ensuring both planned and impromptu events are properly organized

  • Assure proper vendor certificates of insurance and licenses are current and comply with all building regulations

  • Process AR invoices for room rentals, parking, including billing departments and submitting reconciled budgets to Finance

Here's what you'll need to :

  • 5 years of event management experience

  • Microsoft Excel, 25Live and Eventbrite experience

  • High School Diploma
