Anywhere Real Estate Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer - US Based Remote in Baltimore, Maryland

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer with over 12 years of hands-on software engineering experience in design, development, implementation, and support. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and related technologies, with a proven track record of successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Administration will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Lead the design, architecture and solution of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration needs and propose scalable and efficient solutions.

Implementation/Development and Support:

  • Developing integration solutions using HDL, HSDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula and Templates is a must.

  • Functional knowledge of Core HR is a must.

  • Hands on experience in Redwood framework, VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) and SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) will be an added advantage.

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) will be an added advantage.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless end-to-end integration processes.

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to make sure that the right controls are in place.

Performance Tuning and Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of integration solutions, addressing bottlenecks and improving overall efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

  • Provide support during system outages or critical incidents.

Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the teams.

  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge about Oracle Integration Cloud and related technologies.

Stay Current:

  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle HCM Cloud business process and related technologies.

  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud services and related technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation certification is preferred.
