Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.
Allied Universal is Hiring Full Time Aviation Security Officers at Baltimore/Washington International
Thurgood Marshall Airport in Baltimore, Maryland
Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Overnight
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
-Supervisor must provide supervision of all security officers assigned.
-Supervisor shall conduct uniform inspection before officer reports to post.
-Supervisor will inspect all posts and officers, as required.
-Supervisor shall act as the interface between the Corporate Security Office and security officers.
-Supervisor shall ensure that all security officers on post are knowledgeable, in proper attire and meet all contract requirements.
-Supervisor must know how to work all posts.
-Supervisor will inspect all equipment on posts .
-Supervisor shall inform each post on daily activities.
-Supervisor shall respond to all 911 calls.

Must have at least 6 months of security experience.
Must have a Driver's License with at least 1 year of clean driving history.

As an Allied Universal Aviation Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients, passengers, staff, vendors and all of those that traverse
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport .
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
Enforce Contract Standards
Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers including vehicle / driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures
Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings
Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos
Able to:
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
