Work you'll do
Design strategic and tactical plans for offensive cyber operations to achieve mission objectives
Assess vulnerabilities and exploit opportunities in systems and networks to gain strategic advantage
Coordinate defensive measures to protect against and mitigate potential threats during offensive operations
Execute and oversee the implementation of offensive cyberspace operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Apply advanced cyber warfare tactics and techniques to achieve operational goals effectively
Manage projects related to offensive cyber operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Serve as a subject matter expert on offensive cyber capabilities and operations to support decision-making processes

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university
TS/SCI w/ polygraph security clearance required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
8 years recent (since 2013) work experience as an Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) planner. Waive 2 years of experience requirement for every year spent on a Combat Mission Team (CMT) in any work role. Waive 2 years of work experience requirement for every year spent in an OCO planner role within a Joint Force Headquarters - Cyber (JFHQ-C) command. OR 4 years recent (since 2013) work experience in offensive cyberspace capabilities development. Waive 2 years of experience requirement for every year spent on a Combat Mission Team (CMT) in any work role
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (i.e., Prince 2 certification. DAWIA Level III, etc.) or an additional 4 years recent (since 2013) experience in offensive cyberspace capabilities development. OR 4 years recent (since 2013) work experience as an Interactive On-Net Operator (ION), cyberspace Exploitation Analyst (EA), or equivalent
Preferred:
Experience with Cyber Warfare
Experience with Exploitation analysis
Experience with Cyberspace operations
Experience with Defence Programmes - Joint Cyber
Experience with Project Management
