• Ensure opening and closing job duties are completed by time members
• Training of new hires
• Notify management of shortages in inventory
• Make sure guest complaints are handled accurately and if not contact Manager on duty
• Provide excellent customer service to each patron that enters the establishment
• Follow all guidelines and standard operating procedures for the establishment
• Greet every customer with a smile and appropriate greeting per Caesars standards
• Ensure that every order is completed to customer specifications and per health code guidelines
• Be able to recount in detail each menu item offered at the establishment, as well as be able to answer questions from patrons regarding ingredients.
• Always wear gloves when handling food of any kind.

High School Diploma or Equivalent, College or Food and Beverage degree preferred.

Major Hotel or chain restaurant experience as a cashier.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Follow all rules/guidelines set forth by Caesars Entertainment

Know the menu inside and out
