Actalent is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor/Technician to handle multiple electrical infrastructure projects at a site in Baltimore, MD. The day to day in this role will also have identifying problems and risks with older industrial equipment, managing projects, coordinating with vendors, and conducting field tests. The ideal candidate will come from an Electrical Engineering, Electrician, or Electrical Superintendent background . This individual will be tasked with managing existing projects, gathering requirements needed to complete projects, developing preliminary layouts and designs in AutoCAD, identifying scopes of work that need to be executed, preparing cost estimations, and providing business justifications for projects. This role also entails for the individual to provide feedback, select equipment and facility modifications/repairs, evaluate designs and develop budgets on proposed projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of experience

• Electrical Engineer, Electrician or an Electrical Superintendent background

• Experience with 4,160 Volt and 480 Volt

• Experience with OSHA Regulations

• Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Must be able to read AutoCAD drawings

• Must be able to prepare and read PFDs and P&IDs

• Must be able to prepare and read electrical drawings and documents
