Are you a seasoned marketing and communications professional with 6-8 years of experience in strategy development? Do you have a proven track record of driving results through collaborative initiatives? Loyola University Maryland is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our enrollment marketing efforts as we enhance undergraduate and graduate admission and financial aid outreach.

In this role, you’ll spearhead strategic content creation and campaign management, leveraging your expertise in CRM and CMS platforms to craft compelling narratives across digital and print media. You’ll oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of targeted marketing messages for dynamic, multi-channel campaigns, driving engagement through SEO , PPC advertising, and social media strategies. Your ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and refine messaging will be crucial in enhancing our recruitment and enrollment outcomes.

We value proactive leaders who excel under deadlines and constraints, and have a knack for creative strategic thinking and planning. If you possess excellent project management skills, superior time-management abilities, and a passion for supporting institutional diversity and the goals of a Catholic, Jesuit education, we want to hear from you. Experience in higher education and enrollment marketing is preferred, along with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
