Job Title: Contracts AdministratorJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, managing, and organizing contracts related to the purchase, sale, lease, or joint venture of land. This role requires strong administrative support skills and the ability to handle various due diligence materials. There is significant growth potential, as evidenced by our current AVP who started in this role.
Responsibilities
Draft or assist in drafting contracts for the purchase, sale, lease, or joint venture of improved or unimproved land, as well as related letters, amendments, and supplemental agreements.
Draft or assist in drafting easements, declarations, and related land instruments.
Manage, organize, and settle open contracts by establishing calendar events, preparing contract summaries, ordering due diligence reports, and supplying parties with materials and funds as dictated by the contract.
Order and review due diligence materials including title, judgments, and surveys on land, entities, and individuals.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of contracts administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience in contract management, data entry, and administrative support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in titles is a plus.
Background in property management or title is advantageous but not necessary.
Open to candidates from various industries.
Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
Work Environment
This position is on-site Monday through Friday in Windsor Mill. After 3-5 months of training, there is an opportunity to transition to a hybrid work schedule.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00
