Ferguson is actively searching for a Business Finance Manager to join our Finance team!
In this position you will be partnering with senior IT leadership and their teams in delivering financial support and insight for the company’s strategic projects and initiatives.
Location:
This is a Hybrid role based out of our corporate offices in Newport News, VA, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote. Remote may be considered for the ideal candidate, eastern standard time.
Responsibilities:
Support IT leadership through our annual strategic planning and budgeting process
Develop financial modeling, reporting, and presentations for our strategic IT projects and initiatives
Analyze financial and operational data to provide business insights and trends.
Handle multiple priorities with high quality and provide leadership to develop associates.
Collaborate with departments to capture, validate data, and align with IT business objectives.
Communicate findings optimally to senior management and other partners.
Identify and implement operational improvements to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and progressive financial experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Data Analytics or related subject area, MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, financial planning tools, including Anaplan and SmartView reporting preferred.
Proven track record to establish relationships.
Dedicated, with a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$7,949.70 - $13,016.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
