Description
The ideal candidate will have full-cycle accounting experience and strong organizational skills. This candidate should have experience general and operational accounting and thorough knowledge of debits and credits. Responsibilities
Daily accounting and bookkeeping
Process full-cycle accounts payable/receivable
Manage company vendors and new vendor set-up process
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
Prepare reports for leadership
Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end
Month and year end close
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Help with special projects
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of General Ledger system and vendor management
Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
Detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
