Join our Baltimore Team: Senior Project Manager (Division Manager)

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager to be based in our Baltimore office which is located in Elkridge, MD As a Senior Project Manager for STRUCTURAL you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects that make our nation’s structures stronger and last longer.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study

  • 10-17 years of relevant experience within the industrial construction and / or restoration industry

  • Candidates must exhibit strong leadership, mentorship and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Demonstrated capability to successfully manage/negotiate construction projects up to roughly $5 Million - $15 Million in contract value.

  • Strong understanding of project financials including projections, P&L, production rates, etc.

  • Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.

  • Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, fascade, waterproofing, concrete strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects are plus.

  • Candidates should be prepared for travel, with the ability to spend up to 30-40 % of their time supporting the Baltimore office.
