ReSound Product Quality Manager for Technologically Advanced Medical Devices, Global Quality in Ballerup, Denmark

We are looking for Product Quality Manager for Technologically Advanced Medical Devices for Global Quality who will help us to ensure the uncompromised quality of our world class hearing aids.

The team you will be part of

You will be part of Development Quality Hearing working with product quality during development and in-market reporting to Head of Development Quality Karin Helgesson.

As our new Product Quality Manager, you will represent Global Quality in the development programs. You will partner with R&D, customer care, manufacturing & supplier quality to ensure quality is built into product and services during development in order to maximize total quality.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

  • Support the identification and deployment of appropriate quality tools and methods (DFMEA, QFD, CTQ, DOE) in development projects, in order to design in quality to products and services

  • Define, manage and own the product quality plan within the development program

  • Monitor consolidated market quality feedback and take appropriate actions within the entire product life cycle

  • Drive prevention and quick response to product quality issues and risks. Initiate and support RCA activities

  • Assess and report Quality Readiness to Program Manager and key stakeholders

You have a highly analytical and pragmatical profile with strong ability to identify and drive quality improvements through cross-functional co-operation and data-driven approach. You are highly organized, and results driven, proactive and willing to go beyond expectation. You are customer focused; passionate & purpose driven, and you have a” can do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • have good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • have leadership experience from R&D and quality, from line management, project management, verification lead or similar

  • a good understanding of the relevant R&D disciplines and systems (HW, SW systems, mechanics)

  • hearing aid experience preferred

  • knowledgeable in DFMEA, CTQ, QFD, Design guidelines, DOE, quality feedback loop and quality planning. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

  • excellent English written and oral skills
