Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Marketing Communication Executive with a strong background and experience in Public Relations, Hotel Marketing, and Promotion to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali

The Marketing and Communication Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral, to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.

As a Marketing Communication Executive, you will be reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager, the Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive social media strategy that is aligned with the resort’s overall marketing goals and brand identity. This includes creating and curating high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases the hotel's offerings. Marketing Communication Executive will also engage with guests on different channels and platforms to foster a positive online presence and establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network. They monitor social media metrics and industry trends to enhance the digital presence in the hospitality industry and below are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and safekeeping of slides/photo library; to ensure proper records of materials taken from/returned to the library.

  • Assists Marketing Communication Manager in updating press releases and compiling press kits.

  • Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates all media solicitations and exposures.

  • Works with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.

  • Supports the implementation of Hyatt Purpose, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

  • Creation of press releases and creative writing for promotional purposes

  • Maintain and update media list for sending to trade, group and consumer publications on a regular basis, press releases covering special events, promotions, etc.

  • Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel’s newsletters/s and flyers as well as other printed materials

  • Maintain and update press kit including hotel's library of images

  • Maintain and update digital photographs/slides library

  • Monitor news coverage and Co-ordinates PR reporting for all media coverage received for hotel.

  • Handle the administrative requirements of the Marcom department
