Description:
Alila Villas Uluwatu is seeking a dynamic and skilled Landscape Manager to join our dedicated team. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to actively contribute to the upkeep and elevation of our picturesque landscape, ensuring its alignment with our steadfast commitment to delivering an unparalleled guest experience. As the Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for the meticulous day-to-day maintenance of the resort's gardens, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of both aesthetics and functionality. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of landscapers, offering guidance and support to ensure the seamless execution of operations, while championing sustainable and environmentally friendly practices within all landscaping activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
· Strong knowledge of plant species, landscape design principles, and sustainable landscaping practices.
· Leadership skills with the abilityto motivate and manage a diverse team.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with local flora and climate conditions in Bali.
· Commitment to environmental sustainability in landscaping practices.
