Northern Metal Fab, Inc. Welder in Baldwin, Wisconsin
Northern Metal Fab. has openings for experienced welders and fitters proficient in Mig or Tig welding processes. We are a custom fabrication shop that works on a wide variety of weldments ranging from 1 pound to 100,000 pounds fabricated in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. We have openings on both first (6 am to 2:30 pm) and second shift 2:30 pm to 1 am with premium).
We've enhanced our pay scale to attract the best talent, have a progressive pay-for-skills program, and have a hire-on bonus available.
Pay from $19 to $28 / hour depending on qualifications, with opportunities to advance as skills and proficiency develop. Competitive benefits.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years’ welding experience. Certificate from technical schools is preferred.
