MIG Welder (Open to TIG)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team.

  • The role involves welding primarily on cold rolled steel and stainless steel, with occasional work on aluminum.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings and written instructions, fitting and positioning weldments, and utilizing fixtures and jigs as necessary.

  • A majority of the work is to fabricate industrial silencing units as well as occasional aerospace projects

Responsibilities

  • Weld primarily on cold rolled steel and stainless steel

  • Perform occasional welding on aluminum

  • Read and interpret drawings and written instructions

  • Fit and position weldments

  • Utilize fixtures and jigs when needed

Work Environment

You will work in a spacious environment equipped with welding and fabrication equipment, a few CNC machines, a paint booth, and an assembly area.

Shift

  • 1st Shift from 5:00am - 3:15pm Monday - Thursday,

  • 2nd Shift from 3:15pm - 1:15am Monday - Thursday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.25 - $27.75
