Description We are in search of a dedicated Paralegal to become part of our team, offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The role is based in a location in Pennsylvania and will involve working within the legal industry. As a Paralegal, you will be expected to manage customer applications, maintain precise customer records, and handle customer inquiries. A significant part of your role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process client credit applications.

• Maintain precise records of client credit.

• Handle filings and pleadings related to cases.

• Manage e-filing in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

• Engage in significant client interaction and communication.

• Prepare complaints, respond to objections, prepare motions, and work through the discovery process.

• Conduct research of public records and manage document management.

• Support multiple attorneys with case management.

• Adapt to changing priorities to meet client and attorney needs.

• Utilize software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and CompuLaw for various tasks. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal

• Proficiency in using Aderant software

• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat software

• Experience with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)

• Knowledge of Case Management Software

• Familiarity with CompuLaw

• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively

• Experience in Briefing

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Strong skills in Claim Administration

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience in Commercial Litigation

• Familiarity with Complex Business Litigation

• Experience in Construction Litigation

• Knowledge of Construction Law
