We are hiring for a skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator for a well known Clinic in Bakersfield, CA. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This role typically involves managing administrative functions, maintaining patient flow, ensuring, and optimizing the clinics overall performance.
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $21.00-$30.00/Hr
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Administrative Analyst with skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Bachelors level education
Willing to work independently, and able to communicate with Executive leadership.
Ensure effective communication within the clinic, both for internal operations and patient care.
Experience with WorxHub Administration
o Inventory
o Aging
o Assignment
o Closure
Fleet Management
Facilities Parking Management
Maintenance Planning and Schedules
Vendor Management
