Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in auto painting and restoration. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on vehicles. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence. This position requires both technical skills and a commitment to customer service.
Duties
Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
Apply paint using various techniques and tools, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
Perform buffing and detailing to enhance the final appearance of painted surfaces.
Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
Assist with auto restoration projects as needed, including vehicle maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Experience
Proven experience in auto painting or related fields is a must ( 3 to 5 years).
Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the painting process.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems is a plus.
Experience with buffing techniques and attention to detail in finishing work.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the painting process.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
