Overview: A Bainbridge Island construction company is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant to join their team. This person would be responsible for answering phone calls, sorting mail, and printing checks.
JOB DUTIES:
- May include but not limited to the following:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist in printing and processing of checks.
- Collaborate with finance and management team to facilitate timely payment processing.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents.
- Other administrative tasks as given or assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
Hours/Shift: Mondays & Thursday for 4-6 hours
Pay: $20-$25/hour DOE
