Description and Requirements
The EMEA Services Business Manager will be a key member of the business team, responsible for supporting Product and Services sales teams, ensuring seamless services enablement, and driving effective sales strategies for Lenovo’s portfolio of IT services. This role will help foster collaboration, develop and implement training programs, and provide the necessary tools and motivation programs for sales teams to successfully sell Lenovo’s service offerings. In this role you will work closely with our Product Enablement team responsible for our IT Services portfolio as it relates to the Public and Education Business segment.
This role will work in a Hybrid back to office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Services Enablement & Sales Support:
Act as the interface for the Product and Services sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to effectively sell Lenovo’s IT services. Also, be respnsible for organizing and facilitating sales enablement training on Lenovo’s service offerings, ensuring teams are fully equipped to meet client needs. Finally, develop and implement incentive programs to drive motivation and performance within the sales teams.
Business Management Systems & Analytics:
Manage and enhance the business management system, ensuring alignment with key business goals and objectives and utilize tools such as Power BI and other data systems to track performance, provide insights, and drive decision-making. Produce regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and progress against targets.
Collaboration & Alignment:
Work closely with Product Enablement Managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on Lenovo’s service offerings across the organization and ensure that training materials and sales enablement tools are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with product and service strategies.
Program Management & Continuous Improvement
Develop and manage sales motivation programs, tracking their effectiveness and iterating as needed to optimize results and continuously assess and improve business processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness in service enablement and sales support.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business management, sales enablement, or a related role within IT services.
Strong proficiency with data tools such as Power BI.
Proven experience in managing business systems and driving performance improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
Previous experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud and Data Center solutions.
English language fluency; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with sales teams in an IT services environment.
Familiarity with product enablement strategies and tools.
Prior experience in designing and managing sales incentive programs.
Previous experience with IT Services that include, Attached Product Services, Sustainability, Digital Workplace Solutions, Software & Software-led Services, Hybrid Cloud, As-a-Service Solutions and AI-powered Verticals
