The WW Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard methodologies to deliver best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for an outstanding AI data product manager to create, design and implement the data technology product vision and architecture for our AI, Machine Learning and NLP solutions. You will partner with our decision support and data intelligence team to drive the future of these exciting domain areas and be responsible for building these capabilities at scale, for our data driven digital transformation effort across our channel sales platforms.
Description
Key Responsibilities 1. AI & Data Tech - Develop an overarching vision and strategy for our data and AI technology blueprint and architecture. 2. Data Quality - Establish and oversee data quality standards and strategies to ensure accurate business outcomes 3. Data Science, Machine learning - Design and build connected data models and algorithms to answer business questions and estimate the causal impact 4. NLP - Transform data science prototypes to useful NLP applications, train ML models and extend libraries to NLP tasks and ongoing analyses and refine 5. Digital Transformation - drive digitization, automation, process changes and data first culture within the channel sales & ops team 6. Teamwork - partner with cross-functional data teams including Finance, Marcom, Product Marketing, IS&T to build a world class AI technology stack and process.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at both major internet players and startups
Experience with data-driven digital transformation projects using AI/ML/NLP technology
Strong background in mathematical modeling, linear and non-linear regression, and consumer decision making theory
Understand Expert R/Python, NLP and other languages important to the ETL data pipeline e.g. SQL
Computer Science, Computer/Data Engineering Degree (Master degree or higher preferred)

Experience in design/development of complex decision-making systems.
Experience with building product and data technology stack, architecture design and development
Expert in the use of industry-standard data analysis and reporting tools including Tableau.
Product management mindset/ leader with deep business expertise
Ability to share results with a non-technical audience and advancing multiple projects at once on a tight schedule
Skill for building great design, excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
Global mentality
Experienced in the sales, consulting, business performance analytics, business operations, or change management preferred
Proven change agent and a strong strategic problem solver
Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite partners and across cross-functional teams
