Primary responsibilities are to grow and maintain revenue, maximize Visitor Management footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection through relationship building with HID prospects and partners who focus on EasyLobby. The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management must effectively identify new opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations.

As our Visitor Management Inside Sales , you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Meeting or exceed quarterly and annual individual targets

  • Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)

  • Managing and performing lead qualification tasks in line with the Workforce Inside Sales Playbook

  • Working on opportunities for selling and upselling our Visitor Management Solutions

  • Recording and maintaining all activities in Salesforce

  • Planing and conducting presentations of HID Visitor Management Solutions to end users, consultants and resellers

  • Developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Liaising with pre-sales technical support to ensure that End Users receive the assistance they require

  • Understanding of the HID Advantage Partner Program (APP)

    What we will love about your background:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations

  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market

  • Successful development and execution of territory planning in order to build required pipeline to achieve quota

  • Background working in both a direct and indirect sales model

  • Experience working with and enabling channel partners

  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in inside sales or account management

  • Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement

  • An ability to communicate and present solutions

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be fluent in business English (Written & verbal)

  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office applications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
