Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Administer all point-of-sale systems and related functions, including training, reporting, documentation, and user access management
Implement technology solutions that align with overall technology standards, strategy, and operational needs
Manage service and solution providers to ensure the successful delivery of technology services that support business operations
Provide operational status reports and statistics on technology hardware and solutions to regional directors during monthly operations reviews
Offer top-tier technical support for all technology services, manage incidents, service requests, change management, and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems such cloud services, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, VoIP, and data communication systems
Experience and knowledge of information security
Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as Point-of-Sale, Kronos, SHIFT Time Keeping, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office
Must be willing to be on call to help support unexpected emergencies
