Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Technology Program Management

We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Enterprise Engineering organization. You will be responsible for managing large scale and complex technology projects.
Manage the development and implementation process of cross-organizational products and process improvements. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
You must have the following skills:
5-8 year’s experience development and implementing enterprise data center and/or employee experience projects
You must have experience with large-scale data centers and a display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
You must possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of implementation of cloud technologies in a public cloud environment.
Experience managing projects in a public cloud environment
Experience with managing a complex portfolio including budget and headcount management
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Proficient operating in infrastructure operations, data center technologies, IaaS and PaaS related environment
Work well with cross pillar teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations, and owning the delivery of work against plan
