:Advise The Community Engagement Collective. Lead the recruitment, training, and advisement of undergraduate student leaders within The Community Engagement Collective. Provide strategic vision and programmatic leadership for the Collective, ensuring effective guidance and support for student program leaders. Evaluate program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the mission of the Office of the Dean of Students.Coordinate and advise the Alternative Breaks Program. Manage financial and strategic partnership decisions to ensure the sustainability and growth of the Alternative Breaks program. Advise student trip leaders, providing comprehensive support and ensuring adherence to best practices in risk management. Oversee program logistics to ensure successful execution of trips and alignment with educational objectives.Supervise student staff. Provide mentorship and supervision for student staff assisting in the facilitation of co-curricular programs. Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes professional growth and skill development.Participate in committees including Assessment and Alumni Relations Coordination. Actively participate in various teams and committees as assigned, contributing to the advancement of the Office of the Dean of Students, and the Division of Student Affairs. Assist with special projects, providing expertise and support to enhance the overall impact of student engagement initiatives. Lead the execution of in-depth assessment processes, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to capture individual student learning and programmatic impact. Analyze assessment data to inform program improvements and demonstrate the value of initiatives. Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies for CCE programs, past and present. Coordinate campaigns for development, facilitate in-person participation, and disseminate information to past student participants.Coordinate Leadership Curriculum. Design and implement a tailored leadership curriculum for annual cohorts of student leaders in the Community Engagement Collective and in the Alternative Breaks program. Ensure curriculum alignment with the developmental needs of student leaders and the goals of the Office of the Dean of Students.
