The Senior Product Manager, will be a member of the Product Operations team providing thought leadership, mentoring and influence in evolving our product maturity across Client and Member products enabling the delivery of valuable client/member centric solutions.
They will leverage past experiences as a seasoned product manager to help establish a mature product organization with best-in-class practices and processes. This role involves establishing product management best practices, standards, and procedures, reviewing, and understanding roadmaps across product management and development teams, conducting competitor analyses to inform future solutions, and updating communications on key program progress to product leadership and other stakeholders. Additionally, will drive status for cross-product metrics and develop initiative-level measurement plans through alignment across key stakeholders. They will drive best practices for successful delivery and go-to-market plan of their integrated product areas and socialize updates with senior leadership.
This individual will collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Strategy teams and Enterprise Delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
5+ years in insurance and/or healthcare industry
7+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. Previous experience in agile product development helpful
5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting product and/or agile transformation
Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment
Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
