Job Description
Our client is looking for experienced Civil Engineering professionals at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level to join the Site Development team in their South Austin office. This role involves managing a variety of commercial, retail, and industrial site development projects, as well as some multi-family land development efforts

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on site development for commercial, retail, industrial, or multi-family projects.
o Experience in land development is a plus.
5+ years of project management experience, overseeing project scope, budgets, and client communication.
Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software for modeling and design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Previous work on city/municipality or county projects
Experience with Municipal Utility District (MUD) projects null
