Amazon Senior Program Manager, Last Mile Insurance in Austin, Texas
Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to spearhead the development and expansion of our Last Mile insurance programs across North America. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in launching and managing comprehensive insurance solutions, collaborating closely with our product team to shape the product vision and build a robust roadmap. As the single-threaded leader, you'll orchestrate the necessary resources to deliver world-class insurance programs while driving adoption, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction for deliver partners.
Key job responsibilities
• Support existing insurance programs while conceptualizing and implementing new, innovative solutions
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance program success over time
• Identify opportunities to improve program value for Amazon customers and delivery partners
• Drive adoption of insurance offerings while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Enhance customer satisfaction through responsive service, innovative solutions, and continuous program improvement
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to drive program success and address complex challenges
• Facilitate effective cross-functional communication to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with business strategy
• Proactively seek and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve insurance offerings
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of insurance related experience, preferably property & casualty (P&C)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
