Position Summary:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the LINQ district and state Nutrition segments, you will lead our GTM motions to increase awareness and consideration, deeply understanding the buying committee, deeply understand our competitors and LINQ differentiation to improve effectiveness, time to market, increase ROI, protect the base and accelerate growth.

You are an experienced product marketing manager, ready and able to craft our Nutrition product marketing strategy and lead execution. In this role you will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth through building, executing and optimizing marketing programs to convert acquired customers, increase LINQ stack among current customer and acquire new customers.

You and your team will be measured by Key Performance Indicators including lead generation, pipeline creation and conversion to ARR for nutrition products. This role requires building strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including sales, solution consulting, revenue operations, product management, sales, client experience and the rest of marketing to create long-term value for our customers and the business.

What You’ll Do:

• You can easily pivot between strategy and execution with an eye on outcomes & details. You are okay with ambiguity, and generally thrive in it.

• Strategy & Execution: In concert with Product Management, you will develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy and plan to support Nutrition segment growth objectives by building and executing GTM plays.

• GTM Readiness: Partners with Product Management and Revenue Teams to successfully bring products to market.

• Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning to drive the overall strategy and enable internal and external communications.

• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and product teams to align the buyer journey. Create customer-facing materials that effectively communicate the value of LINQ's district and state nutrition solutions. Understand and leverage the Payments opportunity tied to LINQ Nutrition.

• Product Insights and Voice of Sales: Gain a deep understanding of LINQ district and state nutrition, informed by district/school needs and buyer personas. Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.

• Voice of Customer: Represent the voice of the market and customer. Provide market analysis, create standardized personas, and own competitive intelligence programs to differentiate and position LINQ to win. Contribute to Win/Loss analysis in collaboration with RevOps. Understand customer NPS and overall brand share of voice metrics and contribute to the respective programs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between product management, sales, marketing, revops/enablement and client experience to ensure alignment with revenue goals.

• Enable Pipeline Generation: You will understand lead generation and marketing pipeline creation across for District and State Nutrition segments working closely with product marketing, product management and sales. You will be responsible for crafting differentiated value props, messaging, assets and enablement to Create/nurture, execute, measure and optimize marketing generated pipeline and conversion to ARR.

• Operational Comms: You will partner with Product Management to optimize operational customer communications including but not limited to release notes, support, and product announcements/launches.

• Product Launches: In partnership with Product Management, you will create, enable and lead LINQ’s GTM process to bring products to market and manage the overall lifecycle in support of customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell and retention.

• Reporting & Analytics: You will evolve our reporting, analytics and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimization. You will implement a robust measurement framework to track ongoing performance to inform optimization and improve overall ROI.

• How We Work: You will gain deep insights into our current processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing agile marketing practices to improve time to market and overall effectiveness.

What you bring to the role:

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS

• Demonstrated experience in GTM planning and execution, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, messaging/storytelling and internal enablement.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and compelling manner cross-functionally. Can effectively manage through influence.

• Strong interpersonal skills - this role will interact with customers as well as our internal sales, product management, account management, finance, campaign marketing, and executive leadership teams.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative climate.
