Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 100+ years and have performed more than 1,000,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive, driven, and high-energy Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Brand Manager at Removery, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales across our 150 global locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling multiple projects, and has a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement international, regional, and local marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation globally across our 150+ locations.

  • Campaign Development: Oversee the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with designers, developers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and high-quality assets.

  • Data Analysis and Campaign Development: Utilize 1st party client data and Qualtrics survey data to craft segmented strategic marketing campaigns that address our audience’s key concerns and increase brand awareness

  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish impactful partnerships with other brands or organizations that align with Removery’s values and business goals.

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and manage local events and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and awareness.

  • Brand Evolution & Consistency: Spearhead the continual evolution of the Removery brand, ensuring all branding and messaging are up to date across various channels, including websites, landing pages, print materials, branded materials and more.

  • PR Coordination: Manage day-to-day communications and coordination between the Removery team and our PR agency to maximize media coverage and public relations efforts

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management and marketing for a consumer-driven brand

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading omni-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
