Position Summary
Acts as an Quality Provider Liaison, advocating for, and supports, the business by serving as a quality champion, Implementing an all product quality management strategies that meets internal and external constituent expectations for demonstrating quality outcomes. Manages and influences health care quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation. These activities enable Aetna to improve health care quality products, services, and processes by partnering across business units to meet business needs and accomplish goals.
Prioritizes and makes recommendations for the design, development, and implementation strategy of quality improvement projects, and initiatives.
Designs the data collection methodology, metrics, and data elements needed to measure outcomes of QI projects.
Translates and delivers business information to internal and
external constituents via formal presentations and/or written communications.
Develops documentation templates and systems to support QM projects and initiatives.
Forms and leads cross functional workgroups to design and implement QI initiatives.
Schedules meetings with Provider as per contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years managed care and/or quality improvement experience
3-5 years project management experience
1+ years HEDIS experience
1+ years NCQA or accreditation experience
Experience with provider offices
M ust live near San Antonio TX, and be willing to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Behavioral health experience
Project Management Certification
Registered nurse or relevant work experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
