Position Summary

As a Specialty Benefits Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating Specialty Support for clients within the Employer Market Segment. You will coordinate and oversee the workflow for Specialty Benefits Implementations and Maintenance of Business requests to achieve service level goals, quality and productivity of your high functioning team. You will align with established policies and procedures (P&P), monitor adherence and maintain design standards.

You will accomplish this by:

· Consulting on operational workflow and improvements within Specialty client support

· Positively influencing KPIs by adhering to process improvements

· Collaborating with cross functional business partners to support design and contractual changes

· Developing a culture of collaboration and accountability

Your success will be driven by the success of your goals by exceeding quality metrics, as well as contributing to reduced service warranty and performance guarantee payments to clients. Your Prescription Benefit Management industry knowledge and process improvement skills will also contribute to your success. You will operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines so your ability to operate autonomously and make consultative decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the PBM marketplace.

Required Qualifications

· 4 Years of PBM Experience

· 2 years of benefit coding and/or testing experience within the Rx Claim Adjudication System

· Experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Configuration and/or Benefit testing experience

· Project Plan task management experience

· Experience consulting with other staff on benefit plan design

Education

· Associate degree preferred, equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
