Google Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, Google Cloud Platform in Austin, Texas

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field.

  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and executive communication skills, with the ability to manage meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.

  • Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Manage senior stakeholders across different functions within the organization.

  • Provide insights on the business with Google Cloud partners, drive partner forecasts, support recurring business reviews, and conduct analyses to inform go-to-market decision making within partner ecosystem.

  • Manage annual partner business planning (e.g., GTM strategy, organization blueprint, business territories, quotas, etc.) with both the global regional partner sales leaders.

  • Collaborate with the broader Strategy and Operations team to ensure the Channel Ecosystem organization is integrated into the field sales organization and plays a pivotal role in driving Google Cloud growth.

  • Provide guidance on various business processes and tools to the Channel Ecosystem teams, and work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales Tools, Compensation, HR, etc.) to resolve operational blockers.
