We are seeking a WW Retail Operations Program Manager to be a collaborative partner within Global Retail Support to define, design, and deliver special projects for our Retail teams while also supporting Genius Bar and Today at Apple programs.

Description

In this Role, you will deliver an innovative only-at-Apple experience that grows our contribution to Apple and enriches more lives. You will also support additional WW Genius Bar and Today at Apple projects, as needed. -Define, own, and drive a major cross-functional initiative across Retail and all of Apple -Coordinate and drive all deliverables across technical and operational teams within various parts of Apple -Present updates to key leadership to gain and maintain alignment -Analyze and develop key metrics and reporting to drive the intended business, operational, and experiential outcome -Domestic and International travel up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology and operations project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting business transformation projects across multiple organizations in a company

  • Demonstrated ability and passion for creating world class experiences for retail customers

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into measurable projects

  • Innovates by moving beyond traditional ways of doing things and pushes past the status quo

  • Proficiency with Apple products and software

  • Experience leading presentations that gain alignment with senior leadership across multiple organizations
