Implement experimental studies in the wet-lab, such as process patient samples, carry out cellular and serologic immunology assays, perform PCR and gel electrophoresis.Assist with the recruitment of research project participants.Help to prepare regulatory proposals for the IRB and IACUC. Collaborate to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Assist with responding to and preparing for audits. General laboratory duties will include record keeping, ordering, preparation of lab stocks and lab organization and interface with Department personnel involved in ordering.Other related duties as assigned.
