Centene Corporation Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Austin, Texas

Position Purpose: This Risk Analyst role will support Centene's Commercial Solutions (Marketplace) line of business in the managed care environment.
Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting complex risks, applying knowledge of risk management techniques.
Facilitate the identification and assessment of risks to the organization including: strategic, regulatory, compliance, operational, and/or key initiative risks.
Analyze data to identify emerging risks, trends and material enterprise-wide risk issues. Identify key risks and mitigating factors and conduct statistical analyses to quantify and support risk.
Collaborate closely with business owners and project teams to enhance controls or develop and document action plans to address compliance issues and key risks. Partner with operational areas and vendors to facilitate implementation of effective policies, processes, and internal controls to comply with new or changing requirements.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3+ years of compliance and regulatory experience including licensure filings, corporate governance and contract management.
Managed healthcare and/or behavioral health managed care preferred.
Commercial health insurance or managed healthcare experience preferred.
Pay Range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year
