Test software in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and integrations. Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.Test software updates and builds to ensure that existing functionalities are not impacted and that changes are performing as expected.Collaborate with business users to ensure the software meets their needs and expectations. Support testing sessions with business users.Responsible for testing documentation and staging an environment that mirrors the production setting. Provide regular updates on test status, including issues and risks. Maintain quality assurance standards and processes.
