Essential Functions
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to meet timelines, budget, and scope requirements.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules to align with strict deadlines and diverse client needs.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and adhere to client specifications.
Serve as the primary client contact, understanding and addressing unique cultural and business expectations.
Proactively respond to client inquiries with the urgency and precision expected in Korean corporate environments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Resolve project issues efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
Review and approve contractor bids, RFIs, submittals, and change requests to ensure project alignment.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Foster teamwork and provide guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Support additional business objectives, including proposal development as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5+ years in project management, with at least 3 years of experience managing construction site projects.
Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Korean corporate culture, including its fast pace, high expectations, and complex demands.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
