Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, steam and pump, and metering related utility systems.Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas. Clean shop areas and maintain shop equipment and vehicles. Inform appropriate personnel of unusual conditions, problems, or deficiencies and take appropriate action as needed.Work in conjunction with trades or craft personnel in support of systems within the power plants, chilling stations, utility tunnels, or other underground utilities.Perform preventative or corrective maintenance tasks incidental to the operation of the mechanical, tunnel, and other plumbing related distribution systems in accordance with established procedures.Maintain records of equipment repair and inventories. May complete work orders using automated maintenance program systems.
