Create and execute learning strategies and programs, for new employees, and existing staff continuing education. Evaluate individual and organizational development of Access Center staff members.Implement various learning methods for Access Center staff (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver UT learn courses, workshops and other trainings.Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Help Managers develop their members through career pathing. Direct the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures.Facilitate coordinate and teach multiple orientation classes including clinical protocols, standard operating practices, Customer Service, phone etiquette, Call center software.Conduct classroom lecture style training, electronic training as well as individualized one-on-one training to Access Center Staff utilizing approved curriculum.Perform other duties as assigned.
