Keep buildings and stairwells in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, clean and restock restrooms, kitchen and removing rubbish. Duties include cleaning dog spa and picking up pet waste/cleaning dog park, performing routine maintenance activities such as changing air filters, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from grounds as well as other duties. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-5.
