The OAG Child Support Division IT Applications Development Team is seeking a talented, senior-level Salesforce programmer to join our experienced and talented team. They will perform work in the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications and solutions; collaborate with both the business and user and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications; develop and configure workflows, forms, and reports in the Salesforce platform; and conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.This role will be responsible for customizing, developing, and using the Salesforce application for highly complex programming projects. They will customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and requirements; work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement; implement enhancements to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement; and continuously explore new features and functionalities offered on the Salesforce platform.This role will provide incident resolution and troubleshooting support for Salesforce applications; identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations; collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system incidents; and document resolutions and maintain an organized knowledge base.This role will manage multiple programming projects.
