Lead the integration of methane reduction technologies in collaboration with technical and field teams, including detection and measurement, to form prioritization guidelines.Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of methane emissions data before and after mitigation efforts.Determine and define project scope and objectivesEstimate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerWork with principal investigators to recruit, build, and lead a team to implement the program.Create and maintain long- and short-term workplans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesManage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of funds in accordance with DOE guidelinesProvide project updates on a consistent basis to UT faculty and various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contracts with consultants, vendors, and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesEngage with operators, local communities, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive project successUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvement
