The Marketing Assistant is an integral part of the marketing team responsible for facilitating the smooth implementation of the firm's ongoing marketing processes at the direction of the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• As an important member of the marketing team, the marketing assistant's primary role is facilitating the smooth operation of the marketing department's processes and activities. The marketing assistant is a shared resource between the marketing and business development functions of the marketing department whose duties include but are not limited to the following as directed by the marketing manager or director:
  • Coordinates communications
  • Coordinates schedules and travel
  • Database management
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Proposal development administrative support
  • Printing and binding
  • Presentation preparation assistance
  • Metrics tracking
• Manages the marketing events calendar and plans marketing events
• Manages and maintains marketing supplies inventory and equipment
• Maintains CRM systems data (Deltek Vision)
• Maintains social media platforms and posts
• Coordinates work with outside vendors and teaming partners
• Performs other marketing related assignments at the direction of the Marketing Manager or Director

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
  • 3 Years experience a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with desktop publishing
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
• Strong commitment to quality service and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.

Other Desired Qualifications/Competencies:

• An associates or bachelor's degree
• Understanding of Deltek Vision and/or Cosential information management systems
• Graphic design capability using Adobe Creative Suite
