Meta Manager, Recruiting Services & Operations in Austin, Texas

Summary:

At Meta, our Recruiting Operations team owns the health, effectiveness and velocity in mid-funnel. This includes interviewer training, assessment operations and interview scheduling and candidate experience.

Required Skills:

Manager, Recruiting Services & Operations Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day leadership of the Recruiting Services & Ops Team supporting interviewing for aligned hiring pipelines

  2. Evolve and implement interviewing strategies at scale across Meta hiring as we plan our future roadmap

  3. Champion efficiencies through tooling and process to evolve our teams to provide next level service and unlock productivity opportunities

  4. Advise RSO Leadership and Cross-functional (XFN) Partners on potential obstacles to success and recommend solutions to ensure success in our interviewing operations

  5. Bring forward specific business unit nuances and needs to the RSO and Recruiting teams to inform and scale global Meta hiring

  6. Build effective partnerships with Recruiting Leadership to support current and future business requirements

  7. Provide data, insights and metrics reporting on key mid-funnel interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy, ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacy

  8. Manage resource alignment and workload across the teams to ensure workload equity

  9. Strategic staffing leader for Recruiting. Anticipate team needs and growth to hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demands

  10. Focus on development of the RSO team to ensure successful succession planning and employee engagement at the leadership level.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years coaching and developing recruiting operations teams

  2. Strategic thinker with data analysis and experience partnering with recruiting and business leadership teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives

  3. Experience executing projects/process across an organization delivering results that move the team forward outside of your own pipeline

  4. Knowledge of Recruiting processes, with significant emphasis on mid-funnel operations

  5. Proven experience leading with data and develop insights to influencing process strategy

  6. Proficient excel and data analysis skills

Public Compensation:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
